Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former twice unified boxing king Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to break his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to genuinely try to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

Still, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, frequently receiving huge earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would stop the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
