Incredible $30 Cartography Software Bundle Represents a Online Gaming Game Master's Fantasy

Following a brief run earlier this year, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time available until Dec. 2. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at over $1,300. And there are three different bundles offered in this deal.

The Main Attraction

The big draw is definitely permanent access to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade cartography program that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

A regional fantasy map created using Campaign Cartographer 3+.

Package Levels

Basic Package

The most affordable option, starting at just one dollar, includes only four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-product collection for at least $15 offers enhanced value by adding in permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

Full Package

Starting at thirty dollars, the comprehensive package contains these components:

  • Fractal Terrains 3+
  • Dungeon Designer 3
  • City Designer 3
  • Cosmic Mapping System
  • Perspectives 3
  • Scene Builder
  • Character Design Module
  • Symbol Set 2: Fantasy Floorplans

  • Token Treasury: Monsters 1

  • Metropolitan Source Maps

All 17 volumes from the Annual series come with this bundle, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, underground complexes, urban centers, and continents from almost any perspective. You can even design character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes introductory guides to facilitate learning. The sole limitation is that while you can redeem the deal across platforms, the software is only usable with Windows systems.

Philanthropic Aspect

Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale supports charitable organizations. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief. Package customization options appear near the page top, though users may also choose their donation amount on the right side of the page. There's also an donation allocation menu immediately below, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
